guests at bishop’s lodge ranch resort & spa in santa fe can enjoy the thanksgiving grand buffet, tree-decorating and complimentary photos with santa. other activities for the weekend include chef demonstrations, cookie-decorating, wine tastings, tours of bishop’s lodge art collection, tours of the historic lamy chapel, and holiday movies for children.
the thanksgiving grand buffet will be served from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on thursday, november 26. reservations are required. santa will be available for photos all day and guests can help decorate the bishop’s lodge christmas tree between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
the cost of the thanksgiving grand buffet is $49 per person, $39 for seniors, and $19 for children 5-12.
chef demonstrations will be friday, nov. 27 and sat., nov. 28 at 1 p.m., and cookie decorating will be 2 p.m. the same days. on wed., nov. 25 a wine tasting will be offered at 7 p.m., and art tours and chapel tours will be offered at 6 p.m. daily. all events will take place in the central lodge except for the holiday movies for children, which will be held in the el charro room of the central lodge.
