going green for your skin ...

the term is everywhere, particularly at this time of year so close to earth day -

going green.

it makes us think about riding a bike to work instead of taking the car, carrying reusable canvas bags to the grocery store, recycling our glass and plastics and paper, using florescent light bulbs to lower electricity costs ... there are so many good things, little things, we can do to make the world a little greener.

but what about going green for our skin? often we don't think about what we're putting on our skin. fortunately there's a company that makes organic skincare their top priority:

their entire line contains about 95% certified organic ingredients (some products more, some a little less), which means that not only can you be certain you're using something healthy for your skin, but you're using something that's healthier for the environment as well. the products are certified by the UK soil association, made in the UK, and then packaged in containers as "finger-free" as possible to help keep the products as fresh as possible.

a great place to start going green for your skin is with their sample kit, which works great as a travel kit for you on-the-go divas! it includes a mild cleanser, a purify and energise super bioactive (which helps to tone, absorb oil and mattify), a normalising moisturizer, polyphenol skin drops (for antioxidant boosts), and a purifying active mask (to help gently lift dulling dead skin cells).

perfectly packable in your quart-sized liquids ziploc baggie, the sophyto sample kit contains enough product for several days on the road, so there's no need to neglect your skin while you're traveling.

try sophyto. you'll love what you're doing for your skin, and you'll love what you're doing to help make the world a better place.
